Daniel and Ginger Fenwick run a non-profit called Bees 4 Vets and that's exactly what it is. In this episode, we talk to Dan and Ginger about how beekeeping calms those suffering from PTSD and/or TBI as it teaches mindfulness or staying in the moment. This is some amazing stuff they are doing in the Reno, Nevada area. Take a listen and please reach out to them here: https://bees4vets.org/ . Also, we had a little fun with some corny bee jokes and they also sent us some honey!

In this episode we talk about Acceptance. But what exactly is this word, acceptance? It places us in the moment, it puts a definition on pain , trauma and is the first step towards conquering yourself. Once we accept (insert what pains you) then it no longer holds power over you.

On this episode we discuss mental health with Australian life coach: Greg Gillies. He shares his story on how he was an All-Star Rugby player, Big Time Business Man, and also shares how he also fell. It is a good take from a man who knows how only striving for achievements can ultimately bring you down in a way. We really liked this interview and hope you feel the same. Once again thanks for the support!

On this one we’re discussing masks, and rightly so its titled, the man of a thousand masks. Kind of like what are the different faces we show society to cover up what’s really going on inside. Sometimes it’s a big front to protect ourselves at other times it’s the true demon we really are. Its somewhat of a follow up from our last episode where we spoke with Joshua shea and his porn addiction and the many masks, he wore to hide it. Today heath and I share our stories regarding masks, from alcohol, to women and I share the story of how I had to hardness some strength to perform CPR this past weekend. PTSD, anxiety, depression, suicide, addiction and mental health.
