Alice Warren is the Director of Customer Experience at Thinx. She leads a team of Customer Service associates who are responsible for providing solutions to what customers need, creating a seamless user experience, and finding out the trends of what people love or don’t love. Alice shares how much truly goes into Thinx fit, sizing, customer experience and why that is so important to Thinx. She says they hope to provide the best experience possible during periods, postpartum and beyond. Alice also discusses how to approach talking to a frustrated customer without going over the edge yourself and falling into unhealthy communications patterns.
