The Philadelphia Flyers have started the process of terminating the contract of Ryan Johansen, the player they acquired from the Colorado Avalanche at last years trade deadline who never played a second for the Flyers. So they Flyers are moving on from Johansen due to his refusal to play. There's a lot of talk out there about why the Colorado Avalanche can't do the same with Val Nichushkin. We discuss.
