The deal, the memorandum of understanding, is full-on disintegrating, amidst accusations on both sides of non-compliance by the other side. By the written document, it seems that Iran has the stronger case, although its way of dealing with that (attacking vessels going through the Strait of Hormuz) is not supported by anyone but themselves.
