Welcome Back to Why Wait til Monday. I am your host Nichol Shabazz.  On today’s episode, I am talking with Tara, Coach T, McCaskill.  In 2017, Tara made a decision that would forever change her life.  At 396lbs, she had gastric sleeve surgery, due to infertility issues.  While trying to create life, her new life was beginning.  Tara believes that her journey began when she closed her eyes on the surgery table.  From that, T Fitness, LLC was birthed, with the mission of “Healing the WHOLE Women”.  On her personal journey, she discovered that her work looked amazing on the outside, but on the inside she struggled daily.  Through fitness, Tara tapped into traumas, fears, vulnerabilities and found her STRENGTH! She loves the gym, it’s her happy place.  It is also the place where Coach T was birthed.  As a certified Wellness Coach, Coach T works side by side with her clients helping them reach their fullest potential.  Coach T’s motto, “It’s More Than Fitness.”
