Heather quit drinking for the last time in February 2018 and started her own company, Ditched the Drink in 2019, to help individuals and organizations evaluate their relationship with alcohol.
Heather’s signature offerings are JUMPSTART- A 6 week online self paced class, BECOMING a 12 week 1x1 coaching package, and INSIDER a Membership program offering content, community, and coaching.
In addition, Heather offers individual and corporate online alcohol free challenges, onsite or online workshops, corporate wellness consulting, and speaking.
