Benjamin Hardy has been successfully blogging for years, but he's also studying toward his PhD in Business Psychology, speaking on big stages, and raising three foster children with his wife. Much of his worldview comes from being raised by a drug-addicted father who is now clean and counseling others. Ben discovered the best way to give ourselves freedom and accomplish our goals is to implement more structure in our lives rather than relying on Will Power.
