Joining us on the program today is Fidelity Senior Manager of Fidelity Labs, Matt Twigg. Matt provides a look into the latest A-I and tech innovations making noise around the globe and what AI products Fidelity is currently involved with. Matt explains how Fidelity is in the middle of an “early access” program with Microsoft. It’s a co-pilot 365, which has all the abilities of ChatGPT embedded into the Microsoft Office Suite. He says it is currently being tested by approximatively 300 people across the organization.  Recent reports say the number one industry that could be affected by Artificial intelligence is financial services. Impacts include augmentation, job offloading to AI, and helping us get better at our jobs, not necessarily replacing us. Research shows that people can be much more productive, much more effective, and produce less errors by working with AI.
