Gratitude for those who have given their lives for our freedom on this Memorial Day episode, led to the question of what we are giving of ourselves on a daily basis. If we were farming, we'd need to plant a seed, give it water and sunlight consistently and wait for a period of time before we see any harvest. The same rules apply for investing in a relationship or our career. Former guest, and Boston College Women's Lacrosse Head Coach Acacia Walker, who's team just played for yet another NCAA Championship yesterday, lends her wisdom to the subject with a quote from our 2018 conversation with her.
