Once more we just report that Jeff has survived an ordeal of some sort. As you may have heard, Jeff was defeated by a drinking, but like a really stupid phoenix he rises again to record a normal podcast once more! This week the boys talk about what exactly happened to the original Episode #25, some news from Gamescom, Destiny stuff, a class action lawsuit aimed at Pokemon Go, the newish game Inside, and they finally get a chance to actually spend some time talking about No Man's Sky.

We had a lovely episode 25 planned for you. It had everything! Drinking games, Charley being angry about a popular video game, EVE comparisons, Destiny talk, LoL talk, and even a unicorn. Sadly however, we experienced our first ever podcasting SNAFU and we were forced to scrap the podcast. We could make up an excuse that makes Jeff look better, but basically Jeff can't quite hold his booze like he use to be able to and wound up passed out on his bathroom floor.

For a change Charley is happy. Not happier then normal, not uplifted, not afflicted by some bizarre neurological disease that causes his body to produce an excess of dopamine, actually genuinely happy. Unfortunately, anyone who knows Charley is only happy when something somewhere is metaphorically on fire. The world of gaming news is slightly ablaze once more and Charley and Jeff gear up to dive into the raging pyre to pull from it's deadly wreckage the news worth hearing about, and if that's not enough, they also engaging in a bit of speculation by placing wild guesses about which of the remaining unreleased video games of 2016 will be worth while.

With Jeff out of town we at Something Wicked Studios finally get a chance to do something we have been looking forward to for a while. For those unfamiliar with the podcast format, each podcast typically stars with a small, somewhat random seeming little intro. These intros are pulled from generally much larger pre-podcast talks that Charley and Jeff have that are more akin to just two people hanging out as opposed to anything intelligent. We think the topics are pretty funny, so we have been saving a few choice segments from these chats between the founders and with Jeff's ill fated decision to go on a sunny vacation, we finally get to share them with all our listeners.
