This approach is brilliant for making practice more effective. Here's an example of how to structure a 60-minute session using the three T approach:

• 10 minutes: Warm-up

• 20 minutes: Technique (block practice)

• 20 minutes: Trickery (creative practice)

• 10 minutes: Test (competitive practice)
