July is a rough month for me. Randy’s birthday is 1st. Our anniversary is the 11th. My sisters husband passed in the 3rd. But I love the 4th of July. So I choose to celebrate it. Listen in for how I do that.

People tell me all the time I'm strong and I don't feel like it. 

How do I know when I'm strong, why does it bother me when they tell me "you're so strong"

Father's Day can be rough, it was Randy's favorite holiday.  He loved being a dad and for my beautiful daughters I'm sorry he is not here with you.    

From a widowed mothers perspective it's very hard, I see the hurt of my girls and it was a special day for me - being the momma of his babies, giving birth to them and watching him love them so big.   

As a daughter I miss my dad (daddio) so much as well.  I felt lost and kinda abandoned when he passed away.   I knew I still had a dad, but my thoughts were "I don't have a dad to give a card".  That thought hurt. 

In todays episode we discuss how it's ok to do what you choose, to feel all the feels and make decisions that honor them and you.  As moms we want to make sure our kids are ok and we can do that and still protect and love us.  

Happy Fathers Day Daddy I miss you.   Honey, thank you for our beautiful girls they miss you, I see so much of you in them and thank you for loving them Big.
