The victims were sitting on the back porch of their north-side Lebanon City apartment, as the two young boys played with a kitten. 30-year old Ivan Claudio-Rosero and 25-year old Alex Torres-Santos each pleaded guilty to three counts of criminal homicide (no degree specified) while 19-year old James Fernandez-Reyes pleaded guilty to three counts of 1st Degree Criminal Homicide.
