Hello everyone and Happiest of New Years!! It is officially 2019 and we are so excited to share this time with you. We definitely took a little time off over the holiday. Sarah was traveling in New Mexico and Nicole was spending some cozy time at home with the family. But we are back and so excited to start the New Year off with you and the podcast. This week we got all caught up on the holidays and we talked about our WORD OF THE YEAR!! Nicole is all about WELLNESS- in mind, body, family, home, vocation and community. Happy Friday Folks! As always, we had such a great conversation today! Today was all about our practices; all those practices that keep up (mostly) sane and sober and free.
