In this episode of the Wild Simplicity Podcast, I'm sharing about my personal journey of decluttering at the moment and what I'm feeling called towards right now.
I discuss:
The nuances of how cycles and rhythms can be a wonderful guide and holding for us and how sometimes they can restrict us.
Understanding how projections, like frustration with others (e.g., children or partners), often reflect unaddressed emotions or personal clutter.
The deeper emotional work of deciding what to hold on to, what to let go of, and why it's so important to practice conscious decluttering and to go at your own pace.
Enjoy and let me know where you are on your decluttering and simplifying adventure right now, whether that's in flow and excited or stagnant and stuck.

In this episode I chat with Sara Slattery, a friend of mine and a coach and mentor for women.
We talked about:
A bit about Sara:
Sara helps ambitious (but tired) women lead with energy and impact, without pushing harder.
With a background in community development, child welfare services, and now private coaching and training, Sara brings deep, real-world experience to the table.
She partners with individuals and organisations to rethink how we approach work - moving beyond hustle culture toward models that honour both performance and wellbeing.
Her work invites us to reimagine not just what we do, but how we do it, so leaders and teams can thrive without burning out.
Whether she’s coaching women or guiding organisations through culture change, Sara is known for her warm, supportive approach to reimagining life and work.

In this episode I'm exploring something that's been very present (pun intended!) for me lately - Presence.
During a gorgeous visit from my friend to visit me here in Portugal I was having a think about what it means to be truly present and to really be in the moment, soaking it all up and not looking back later with a pang of regret that I hadn't really been there taking it all in.
I also talk about:
Let me know what this episode stirs in you and what your relationship is with presence at the moment. I would love to hear from you.

In this episode, I'm sharing my evolving morning practices of self-love, self-affirmation, presence, and joy, and how I've been playing with mirror practice, writing and dancing.
I also discuss:
I would love to hear your feedback and your experience with morning rituals. You can get in touch on instagram @wildsimplicity or email me here: [email protected]

Today's episode is a contemplation about reparenting while parenting and what that entails, what it looks like, and how it evolves with us as parents over time.
I would love to hear your musings on this or your experience with reparenting while parenting. What struggles are you faced with in recent weeks in your parenting? What's coming up most strongly?
Remember, none of us know what we're really doing, we're all just feeling our way as we go. Deep breath, and shower yourself in love and compassion wherever you may find yourself on your parenting and/or reparenting adventure!

This week's episode came about from a few interactions recently with my almost 8 year old daughter and her observations and curiosities about me. I posted a Reel on instagram last week about this and wanted to share a little more. I would love to hear your stories and thoughts and feedback as we all continue learning and unlearning.
Thank you for listening - you can follow along with my musings and explorations on Instagram @wildsimplicity or go to my website www.annaday.ie to sign up to my newsletter where you can also find my latest offerings.
I have three women's circles coming up over the next couple of months - the next one is on March 26th at 8pm on Zoom and there will also be one on April 23rd and May 27th.

In this week's episode I'm talking about the power of going into the depths of our emotions, specifically those emotions we tend to try and avoid, the so-called 'negative emotions' and the power that awaits us when we allow ourselves to speak it all out, what's irritating us, what's going on for us right now, what's driving us nuts, what's making us angry, all of it, letting it all out and really going there.
I would love to hear your thoughts and if you're really feeling like you're 'in it' at the moment.
In this week's episode of the Wild Simplicity Podcast I share an image I have of a personal "ballot box" filled with golden tokens, representing acts of self-resourcing and self-love.
