Green Bay Packers president and CEO, Ed Policy, spoke to reporters in Green Bay ahead of the annual shareholders meeting. Policy shared his stance on the NFL creating a bit of an "arms race" when it comes to individual team revenue. Green Bay is in an interesting spot for this discussion given the Packers are in the smallest market in professional sports. Could Green Bay ever become at a serious disadvantage due to not having the equal opportunity of funding that the rest of the league has with its private owners?
