Many of us have read the verse in Matthew 7:23, "And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness." But what does this mean? For some, this has been taken to mean that those who don't yet keep the 7th day Sabbath or eat clean as they do, aren't saved.
However, is this really what this verse is saying?
We know we're not saved by keeping certain commandments in Torah (as beautiful as they are!), we are saved by grace through faith in Yeshua. What does Yeshua mean by "worker of lawlessness" and what does this mean for believers?
