Marvin Jones and Emmanuel Sanders, two players in Hilton's expected tier, both signed for less than $8 million per year. Will Hilton now fall in the range, too? Evan and Stephen believe so, with a projected contract around 2-years, $15 million being the sweet spot.

After Tennessee made big moves with Bud Dupree and former Colt Denico Autry, Jacksonville stepped up on Tuesday signing some names of their own. Will Jacksonville push Indy at all in the AFC South race?
