In this week's pod we speak a little bit less about postboxes and #postboxbingo, we hear from our listener community, have mini-stats, trumpet solos and discuss what we've noticed during our nonparkruns. Oh and we have an earworm for you after the outro.

In this week's episode we ask, what's parkrun again? It's 90% postbox fun, 2% parkrun reminiscing, 4% arbitrary and 5% bad at maths.

We can do it! We can still talk all about parkrun even though parkrun isn't happening right now. We chat about the bespoke parkrun apricot tees, have your audio clips, have your arbitraries, have stats and most importantly, have a laugh.

It's week twelfty of the UK Coronavirus lockdown and we're all still missing parkrun like crazy. Nicola and Danny keep the chat going about our community, bring you some of the listeners' audio as well as arbitrary comments and recognise the value of carrying on.

We may be into April and no parkrun all this month but it won't stop us being here! We bring you messages from the wider With Me Now parkrun family. Lots of lovely messages! Bringing a lot of parkrun sunshine into your week, no matter what.

We're still here for you even though parkrun is paused and determined to keep you smiling. Whilst things are obviously a little different we try to keep as much familiarity as we can. We have emails, messages, (minimal) stats, not quite arbitraries and not quite things plus we hear from parkrun Global CEO Nick Pearson about the difficulties, the challenges and the solutions parkrun have faced and realised during this public health crisis.
