Rabbi Charlop has been teaching for the last 40 years. For the last 25 of those years Rabbi Charlop has been a Rebbi at Neveh in Telz Stone a yeshiva for young men that are struggling with different issues. Rabbi Charlop is a noted author, mechanech and marriage counselor.  Most recently Rabbi Charlop has founded Genesis, a treatment center in Israel that deals with mental health issues and addiction treament.
