This is the update posted on her Facebook Page: "My friend Laurel has written the following on my behalf. I have apraxia/aphasia, or partial loss of ability to communicate due to having had a stroke. I appears that my recovery will continue, but we don't know how long it will take.

I am so glad Nancy and I connected in January. And I am glad I can share her insight here.
