Jazmin LaFramboise, “the girl with the pink hair”, is a local Edmonton and Area realtor, who grew up in and resides in Spruce Grove with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she volunteers with the Parkland Pregnancy Support Centre and she is a strong mental health advocate!
In today’s episode, Jazmin shares her experience with mental illness and how we can help people in our lives who may be suffering today. As such an avid community supporter, Jazmin is the first person to reach out to anyone in need and it shows in her passion working with the Pregnancy Support Centre. She tells us about how the Centre supports people in our community. With a demanding career and life, Jazmin shares how she’s learning to implement balance and boundaries to avoid burn out!
