Javelin thrower Kim Mickle who tells of her disappointing games when her shoulder dislocated during competition. She is now rehabbing following more surgery and in the meanwhile has taken up football which is challenging her in very different ways from fitness to technique. Trap Shooter Catherine Skinner had very different fortunes in Rio and tells of her amazement in winning Olympic gold and what's in store next for the 26 year old who now has her sights set on the 2018 Commonwealth Games. Sara talks to athlete, coach and author Siri Lindley who just released her first book with writer Julia Polloreno.
