Through her own very popular Podcast & amazing events not just in Australia but now across the world - Caroline has created a community for anyone living abroad or at home to realise that they are never alone. We chat soul searching after a big break-up, dating again, mental health, social media, the struggles with a life away from home & family & lots more! Welcome to the Women_Konnected Podcast.

Episode 6 we are delighted to welcome our first guest - the very zen, beautiful & inspiring Deirdre Ireland from Harmony Yoga Ireland. Us girls have recently teamed up with Deirdre to launch our first local event Konnect @ Sunrise Yoga in our hometown of Newcastle, Co.Down which we are so excited about!

In this episode we discuss the benefits of Yoga, going inwards to find who you are, accepting yourself & being true to your values. From a degree in Psychology, to teaching in London & Dubai for several years, Deirdre who is also a Yoga Teacher has recently just moved home to Newcastle & we are delighted she has came on with us to share her knowledge!
