Rick apologies to Hershel. Later that morning they have shooting practice. Hershel stops them as they are shooting a neighbors house. They get interrupted by a walker. Hershel catches it and when he tries to put it in the barn with the rest, they escape. He's nearly killed, two more of his children die.
