A little boy named Woo Sing looks out the window one morning, and when he sees his reflection he wonders if he's found a new friend! Sometimes the feelings we see in ourselves are ones we don't really want, but feelings come and go. Of all the faces we make in the mirror, can we practice making the face of a friend?

2) Get close and breathe with your little one so they can experience how deep breathing rhythm feels and sounds when following the breathing cues.

4) Count up to 10 and down again on your fingers as you explore how sadness comes and goes.
