Wordle With Friends

Do you consider gang-stalking to be something that the New York Times is not capable of, something that it is morally above, or something that it is unwilling to devote the resources into doing? Because the Wordle Friends' answer to all three of these questions is “no."

A note to all Wordle Friends, if you find that a recording session for your daily gameshow is wearing on and on, it's important to stand up and walk around to increase bloodflow to the legs, drink water to maintain hydration, and stare out a window to ponder your station.

Brevity is the soul of wit, but this is ridiculous.  The Wordle Friends are spending longer writing this bio than it took them to tape this episode, yeesh.

Even if man is the result of astrobiological exogenesis, everything in existence -- living, inanimate, tangible, or abstract -- has a mother (though she may be a literal or figurative one as it were).  On today's episode, the Wordle Friends give their most loving salutes to all permutations of mother.

Climb up onto your motor scooter, the wind in your hair, a scarf at your neck, a 50cc 4-stroke engine purring in your ear, and experience a series of glorious, European seaside vistas in the form of the Wordle Friends solving a puzzle on the mic.

Doctor Steven Strange is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics.  Created by Steve Ditko with Stan Lee, the character first appeared in Strange Tales #110 (cover-dated July 1963).  Doctor Strange serves as the Sorcerer Supreme, the primary protector of Earth against magical and mystical threats.

Marjorie Jacqueline "Marge" Simpson (née Bouvier) is a character in the American animated sitcom The Simpsons.  Created and designed by cartoonist Matt Groening, Marge is the matriarch of the Simpson family and is often portrayed as a stereotypical television mother.  She is known for her distinctive blue beehive hairstyle.

Lieutenant Frank Columbo is the eponymous main character in the American detective crime drama television series Columbo.  Created by Richard Levinson and William Link, the character is a shrewd but inelegant blue-collar homicide detective whose trademarks include his shambling manner and off-putting, relentless investigative approach.

Trevor Ikrath and Dillon Flynn are American Wordle Friends, best known from the daily gameshow Wordle With Friends, which launched in March of 2022.

Colloquialisms.  Patois.  Lexicon spillong from common, peon tongues.  The Wordle Friends would not break bread with such lowborn ruffians, so how could they possibly accept their vulgar lingos as puzzle solutions?

The year is 1988* and Steven Spielberg* is about to release a sci-fi epic that will change the movie biz forever.  Now, all these years later, the Wordle Friends will team up like Luke and Vader* to hunt down an elusive five letter word.
