Setting goals is a crucial part of life. It's what drives us to wake up in the morning, and make changes in our life for the better. With the start of 2021, I know a lot of people have a new goal they're trying to achieve this year. It's easy to feel motivated at the start of the year, especially when you're only one week into working on a new goal. But how do you avoid quitting? How do you stay on-track with what you want to achieve? This episode is here to help you on your goal journey.
In this episode I share:
I hope this inspires you to go after your goals with zero fucks to give.

New Year's Resolutions sound nice, but a lot of people break them. With the start of a new year comes the feeling of a beginning, like we all have a fresh new start. When it comes to setting a resolution, most of us feel the pressure to change something we feel insecure about, like getting abs or loosing 10 pounds. Or we start off strong, and a month later we fall off track.
Most people break their resolutions sooner than you think! Listen to hear how long the average person lasts.
For years I swore to myself, "This is going to be the year I loose weight or give up sugar," but then I would break my resolution, have tons of guilt, & the year would go by & all the motivation I had back in January would be gone. Now I have a different approach to New Years & it's brought me so much happiness & growth.
In this episode I share:

Natural skincare is more important than you think. What you put ON your body is just as important as what you put IN your body. I used to struggle with hormonal acne & nothing used to work until I started using natural products.
This week I had the pleasure of interviewing Yanique Teape, the founder of Humility, an organic skin-care & supplement line that's all about using wholesome ingredients from the earth.
In this episode she shares:
I hope this episode inspires you to make time for self-care. I love using the From The Earth face mask when I'm expecting a period pimple, and the supplements are as super clean, no BS added.

If you know someone that’s struggling with their skin and is looking for a more natural approach, share this episode with them! I used to struggle with awful hormonal acne & I felt like nothing worked until I started using natural products. Taking time for self-care is a way of nourishing your body and easing stress. Don't forget stress can have a huge impact on your skin too! I hope this episode inspires you to treat yourself to a night of self-care and to invest in some natural skincare products.
