We are grateful to have Mike Boren on the Inspire Excellence podcast. This episode we dive into Mike's background and get to know him as a business and family man. Mike shares with us tips and advice that he has learned about work-life balance and how to keep customers and clients happy. Mike is one of the founders of Clearwater Analytics.
Clearwater was founded in 2004 by David Boren, Michael Boren, and Douglas Bates. Prior to founding Clearwater, David, Michael, and Douglas founded Clearwater Advisors, an institutional fixed-income investment advisor, where they developed the concept for Clearwater. In 2019, Clearwater Analytics was named Technology Firm of the Year at the Insurance Asset Management Awards and Best Software Solution at the UK & European Captive Review Awards.
Clearwater Analytics is among the leading provider of web-based investment portfolio accounting, reporting, and reconciliation services for corporate treasuries, insurance companies, and asset managers. It provides solutions for both separately-managed and commingled accounts. Clearwater is a privately held company headquartered in Boise, Idaho, with additional offices in London, England; Edinburgh, Scotland; New York City, USA and Noida, India. Clearwater reports on over $3.5 trillion in investment assets. They now employ more than 650 people.
