Tom Brevoort started with Marvel in 1989 right out of college. Over the next 35 years Tom would touch every aspect of Marvel Comics having the opportunity to lead his favorite franchise the Fantastic Four, revolutionizing Avengers, and now becoming the current conductor over the X-Men franchise.

Robert Geronimo is an artist/writer based in Staten Island, New York, where he works as a Professor of Art History. He graduated from Wagner College with a dual major in Fine Art and Art History while also studying comics and sequential storytelling at the Art Student's League in Manhattan under DC Comics artist Jamal Igle and Random House artist Steve Walker.

Robert received a Master's Degree in Art History at Brooklyn College, where he studied children's book illustration under Bruce Degen, co-creator and artist of the critically-acclaimed children's picture book series The Magic School Bus.

We also had the opportunity to talk about the independent underground comic book scene in the bay area during the late 60's and 70's and how that scene helped to bring to the forefront independent comic books.
