In today's episode we talked about the importance of freedom, not only in these current times of government restriction, tyranny and coercion, but generally throughout life. We spoke about how succumbing to fear and others' control, particularly when unlawful, manipulative and based on a foundation of lies, is a prison in itself.

We discussed how important it is to know your basic human rights, in order to be able to recognise when these have been violated, and not bow down before hypocritical bullies and their attempts to intimidate you or push you into actions or mindsets that will cause you physical, mental or emotional harm.
