Wranglerstar on Odysee

At 57, I decided the version of myself I'd been living as wasn't good enough anymore — physically, financially, and in ways I'd never told anyone. This channel is the documented rebuild.
I lost 50 pounds at 57 with no drugs — no TRT, no Ozempic, no shortcuts. After the accusations started rolling in, I figured it was time to lay out exactly what I did. This is the full breakdown: how to find your maintenance calories and calorie deficit using a free calculator, why the 80/20 "cheat meal" rule doesn't work if you're not tracking, the exact protein target that keeps you from losing muscle while you cut, why I eat two meals a day, how daily walking changed everything, and the basic home gym setup — pull-up bar, dip bar, nothing fancy — that's all you actually need.
No supplements to buy. No program to join. Just two numbers, tracked every day.

After the last video, one question kept coming back: did I ever reconnect with my family? The answer isn't simple. This is the story of a ruptured appendix, a faith-healing cult that forbids medical care, and the one time I went back to bury the people who raised me.

At 57, I decided the version of myself I'd been living as wasn't good enough anymore — physically, financially, and in ways I'd never told anyone. This channel is the documented rebuild. This video's different. It's not about the struggle — it's about the woman who's been next to me through all of it. The day I met my wife, she didn't like me. I had a chip on my shoulder before she'd even said a word to me. We avoided each other for weeks. Then I threw a party to meet someone else entirely — and she showed up anyway, with a rotisserie chicken. A year later, in my Jeep, she gave me an ultimatum I never saw coming. Five months after that, we were married.
This one's a love letter, not a confession.

I was raised in a cult — and after my last video, one question kept coming back: was I ever physically punished? The answer is more complicated than yes or no. This is the story of my friend Jay, the psychological punishment and shunning inside the cult, and what it taught me about control, shame, and survival. If you or someone you know is struggling, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) is available 24/7.

I was $100,000 in debt and trapped in a home I was never supposed to be in.
When Mrs. W told me she was pregnant shortly after our honeymoon, everything changed. I knew exactly where I needed to take my family. But we couldn't go anywhere. The debt had us pinned. This is the story I've never told on camera. How we got out. What it cost. And what happened when we made a decision that made absolutely no sense.

Two years ago I slipped off my tailgate loading my motorcycle and snapped the ball joint off the top of my femur. $50,000 in medical bills. Months of recovery. This week I finally did something about the tailgate.
Will, one of my subscribers, works for JB Weld — the parent company of Herculiner. He sent me two DIY bed liner kits out of concern after hearing what happened. No obligation. Just a guy looking out for another guy.I started with the Herculiner roll-on kit on my F350 tailgate. This is my honest, unsponsored experience as someone who has never done this before.

What's in this video:

The fall, the injury, the real cost
Full unboxing of the Herculiner roll-on kit
Complete prep, masking, and application process
Honest result and final verdict
Is it worth it for your tailgate or full bed?

April 1st I couldn't do a single pull-up.
14 months later I built the Forge, lost 40 pounds, quit drinking, and got into the best shape of my life at 57.
You've got questions. I've got 90 minutes.
The cost. The equipment. The bands. The three pillars. The crown. Whatever is on your mind — bring it.
