Thanks for listening - this is #008 of the Wriinkle Podcast
Well the last one with Annie & Hannah has had such a great reception - thanks for the feedback and the nice messages!
In this one we're speaking to Joe Mulhearn & Jordan Wright - they're entrepreneurs who've been mates since school and grown their company, LLS, together. From starting off delivering sports/activity sessions to young kids around their studies, right through to now where LLS is a global operation helping young people gain the skills to build a career in sports coaching, delivering world class sports tours and also forming links with huge sporting institutions.
Check their work out on:

Hopefully you enjoy this one and even take some value from it - let us know what you reckon on the Wriinkle instagram, Youtube etc
Nice one!

Thanks for listening to the third Wriinkle Short!
We've picked out a little 2 minute clip from Wriinkle Podcast #008 with Joe & Jordan. They're entrepreneurs who went to school together and then formed a partnership which has seen them take their company (LLS) to locations around the world like Helsinki, Qatar, Kampala and Madrid, to name a few.
Looking forward to releasing the full episode to you in a few days’ time - we get stuck in to how they started, the challenges they've faced, dealing with failure, scaling their business, networking and managing to stay friends despite the pressures that come with growing a company.
In this clip Jordan is talking about the challenge of going all the way to places like Qatar to deliver a presentation and having to perform well and get the results that are needed. He's stepping out of his comfort zone to allow the business to keep progressing.
Me and my mate Michael also discuss our thoughts on stepping out of our comfort zones.
Hope you enjoy it - let us know what you think!
Nice one

It's Wriinkle Podcast #007 and we're speaking to Hannie!
Hannie is made up of Annie Wagstaff & Hannah Koppenburg, session musicians who write and perform music together. They've already built a strong (and growing!) fanbase by posting videos of them performing together on Instagram. They're just about to start releasing their much anticipated first record and so we've caught them at a really exciting time. Annie & Hannah also reflect on starting out their careers - from studying their instruments, finding their feet as session musicians, finding other ways to earn money and then building momentum to release their own music.
To get an idea of what they're all about, check them out on:

annieplaysguitar (Instagram)

Also follow them on Spotify to hear their new material as it's released.
Anyway, thanks for listening and let us know what you think
Nice one!

This is the second Wriinkle Short - thanks for listening.
In this one we've picked out a clip from the next Wriinkle Podcast with Hannie (Annie Wagstaff & Hannah Koppenburg). They're talking about stuff they've found that helps make things happen for them - like the power of being positive and being more purposeful in your actions to get where you want to be.
Hannah mentions the Law of Attraction a few times in the full podcast and we've seen the same things talked about in all sorts, from self-help books to religion, business and science. We discuss what we make of it.
Let us know what you think..

Thanks for listening and welcome to Wriinkle Podcast #006!
We're speaking to Joe Neill - personal trainer, gym owner, nutritionist, coach of professional athletes - he talks to us about bulding his career and also touches on areas like;
- upskilling to get ahead
- learning from the approach and mindset of professional athletes
- crash diets, over training
This is a really interesting one for me personally right now because we're launching this ep in January and it's the time of year where I'm trying to re-set and make resolutions that I'll stick to. I've come away from speaking to Joe Neill with a better approach to all of this.
You can find more info on Joe Neill and his business on;

We also mention a TED Talk about investing in your 20s, find it here;

Hope you enjoy it, keep all the feedback and also the positive comments coming!

Introducing....Wriinkle Shorts!
Welcome back, we gave you a week off over the holidays and we're back with some changes.. good changes.
We always say that we encourage everyone's feedback and we've acted on some for the new year. Lots of you have said it might be an idea to release Wriinkle Podcats at the start of the week so that you have nice new eps to get into your working week- so that's what we're doing, episodes will now be released on Monday mornings.
BUT
Each Thursday you'll get a Wriinkle Short. We'll pick out one of our highlights from the upcoming episode and talk about why we've chosen it.
This week our guest, nutritionist and personal trainer Joe Neill, talks about how he encourages lots of smaller lifestyle changes for his clients instead of drastic diets, killer training sessions etc. It's all about sustainability and we discuss how we're trying out this incremental style of improvement in other areas of our lives.
Hopefully you enjoy these snackable podcasts - let us know what you think...
Nice one!

We hear all about how Chelsea decided to be proactive about the gender gap in the tech/digital industry when she encountered it first hand. It's so inspiring to hear how after toying with a few different career paths Chelsea finally took action and dived in head first when she found her passion!
Also, if you're interested in the subject of the gender gap in tech and ways of introducing women and girls of all ages to the industry, this ones for you.
