As reported by Tagesspiegel, Germany’s crime rate has risen 5.5 percent over the past year, with 5.94 million cases recorded. Notably, the increase in non-German suspects — up 17.8 percent compared to a 1 percent rise among German nationals — has prompted heightened attention to crime prevention.
These figures don’t tell the whole story, as they do not differentiate the number of perpetrators with German citizenship who have a migration background from those who are German-born.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of drugging, raping 10-year-old boy during 2005 audition
Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of drugging and raping a 10-year-old boy in a new lawsuit filed Monday, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.
The accuser, who goes by John Doe in the lawsuit, claims he flew to New York City with his parents in the summer of 2005 for an audition with the rapper when the incident allegedly unfolded.
In the docs — filed by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee and first obtained by TMZ — the plaintiff claims he met Diddy at a hotel near Madison Square Garden. He says he rapped several songs to Combs, who allegedly told him he could turn him into a star.
Diddy, 54, then allegedly asked the child how badly he wanted to be a star, to which the accuser told him that he would do “anything.”
Combs allegedly had someone from his team give the child a soda, causing him to feel a “little funny” after drinking it. The accuser alleged that the soda may have been laced with GHB or ecstasy.

The notoriously troubled Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn was raided today (28) by a task force featuring agents and investigators from various federal agencies in an ‘interagency operation’.
This Federal Prison in New York City is where Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and Sam Bankman-Fried are being held.
New York Post reported:

The law enforcement operation is ‘designed to achieve our shared goal of maintaining a safe environment for both our employees and the incarcerated individuals housed at MDC Brooklyn’, the agency said. Prison officials declined to provide specific details about the operation Monday morning.”

BUSTED: The Inside Story Of How The Kamala Harris Campaign Manipulates Reddit (And Breaks The Rules) To Control The Platform
Part one of an investigation into how the Harris-Walz campaign is manipulating social media sites to artificially boost their popularity, spread election disinformation, and skirt election laws.
For years, many have speculated that Democrat political candidates may be filling social media with fake posts to deceive the public and make their campaigns and causes seem more popular than they are. These claims have often been dismissed, citing that Democrat voters are already more likely to be on the internet compared to their not-as-tech-savvy Republican counterparts. This would suggest that the constant flood of left-leaning content on websites such as Reddit was merely a reflection of the userbase. However, many people simply couldn’t shake the feeling that something was just off, especially in the run up to major elections. Despite my fervent belief that something was amiss, I never had any direct proof that Democrats were actively manipulating social media.
That all changed two weeks ago, when X user @jessiprincey replied to one of my posts with a screenshot from a Discord server, seemingly related to the Harris-Walz campaign:
I immediately messaged Jess, and soon received a link to the Discord server where this operation was taking place. What I’d find there went far beyond algorithmic manipulation. I discovered massive “astroturfing” campaigns operating across multiple platforms. “Astroturfing” is a political and marketing term that describes creating swarms of coordinated and/or paid messages and posts to deceptively create the illusion of support from ordinary people. Essentially, “astroturfing” is the opposite of grassroots support.
In this case, there is a team of volunteers who spam social media with posts that specifically promote Kamala. They then have other users pretend to be random individuals who just happened across the post and decided to comment. It’s no different than a shady company paying a team to write a bunch of fake Amazon reviews about their product to make it appear to be a better and more popular product than it is.
Every weekday morning, Harris for President staffers like Gabrielle Lynn post the “Daily Messaging Guidance” to the server’s Reddit channel. It usually consists of articles and data that the Harris-Walz campaign wants to boost, as well as “key messaging” that their Reddit volunteers should stick to.
On Gabrielle Lynn’s profile, you’ll find a Staff icon (the blue D), which indicates that she is a paid Democrat staffer. In this case, Gabrielle is a Harris for President staffer.
The links compiled by official Harris-Walz staffers, along with other articles submitted by volunteers, are added to a Google Spreadsheet called “Reddit Organizing.”
Harris-Walz campaign volunteers have created a database of more than 100 subreddits — each containing detailed information on what kind of content they permit, what topics perform the best, and any specific notes about each community, such as how much “karma” or cumulative upvotes one needs to post in each subreddit.
After their links have been collected and categorized, volunteer “Posters” will take a handful of the links provided and post them to their assigned subreddits. Kamala’s posters, however, don’t simply spam links haphazardly. They use a calculated, sequential post timing metric to avoid Reddit’s built-in spam filters. Harris-Walz campaign volunteers often discuss their ban-avoidance tactics in their Discord server, while continuing to spam Reddit with their collected links.

GOP Report: Biden-Harris Administration Lacks Strategy to Counter China’s Political Warfare Against U.S.
Republicans from the House Committee on Oversight and Reform released a report Thursday on its investigation into the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)’s political warfare against the United States, which found the CCP has “entrenched” itself within the U.S. and the Biden-Harris administration lacked any strategy to counter it.
“The CCP is successfully infiltrating and influencing communities and critical sectors across this nation and the Biden-Harris Administration is asleep at the wheel,” Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) said in a statement about the report, titled “CCP Political Warfare: Federal Agencies Urgently Need a Government-Wide Strategy.”
The committee investigated 25 federal sectors, conducted multiple hearings, and held dozens of briefings, to understand the Biden-Harris administration’s “whole-of-government approach to the CCP threat,” and found that there was none.
“Instead, the Biden-Harris Administration stayed largely silent, forcing agencies to determine whether and/or how to confront the CCP. Unfortunately, most agencies’ solutions and policies either ignored, placated, or only weakly addressed the PRC’s political warfare,” the report’s executive summary said.
It said that “unlike the first Cold War, the adversary is already within, having entrenched itself within U.S. borders, institutions, businesses, universities, and cultural centers by capturing elites in influential circles.”

Instagram and Facebook are experiencing issues worldwide as users report problems with the social media apps.
Downdetector, a site that monitors online outages, shows issues began around 7am ET, plaguing Americans in New York City, Los Angeles, Dallas and other major cities.
The outage has also been reported in the UK, Australia and parts of Europe and Asia.
Users have cited problems with Facebook Messenger.

French ISP Free Discloses Data Breach, Notifies Cybersecurity Agencies
Free, France’s second-largest internet service provider, confirmed it was hacked this weekend. The Paris-based company, which serves over 22.9 million mobile and fixed-line subscribers, issued a statement on October 26 confirming unauthorized access to personal information related to certain subscriber accounts. This Free cyberattack incident came to light after the attempted sale of what was claimed to be Free’s customer data on a cybercrime forum.
The company revealed to Agence France-Presse (AFP) that the Free cyberattack targeted a management tool within its system, allowing attackers unauthorized access to some personal data. However, the company clarified that no sensitive financial information—such as bank details, passwords, or communication content—was affected. While Free declined to specify the exact date or scope of the breach, the company assured its users and the public that there was “no operational impact” on its services.

The Democrats use mail-in ballots to cheat so the Trump campaign and Nevada GOP filed a lawsuit against the Nevada Secretary of State arguing against the state’s law allowing mail-in ballots to be counted after the election.
Nevada state law allows mail-in ballots with postmarks to be counted up to four days after Election Day.
The Nevada Supreme Court on Monday ruled mail-in ballots with postmarks can be counted up to 4 days after the election and non-postmarked ballots can be counted up to 3 days after the election.

Postal Service suggests week-out deadline despite fast ballot performance so far.
Voters should send their ballots back to their elections offices by Tuesday, the U.S. Postal Service is warning, particularly for those in states that must receive the ballots by Election Day.
USPS issued the advice to give the mail system a week to process ballots despite the agency so far sorting and delivering election mail quickly and on time. Sending ballots in by Oct. 29 would virtually eliminate any risk of them arriving late, however, as the Postal Service has so far this month delivered 99.9% of ballots on time.

Trump advisers propose private agency, not FBI, issue security clearances to appointees, report
Agroup of at least six advisers to Donald Trump are reportedly circulating a memo that proposes the GOP presidential nominee, if elected, be allowed to issue security clearances to his appointees without the normal FBI background-check process.
The advisers include Boris Epshteyn, a legal adviser to Trump who is involved in his 2024 campaign, sources told The New York Times, which reported the story on Sunday.
Under the proposal, private-sector investigators would conduct the background checks on potential appointees, the sources said.

Last night, Capitol Police conducted a “Casualty Evacuation Exercise” on the East Front with multiple helicopters. This comes after the DoD signed off on military force to be used to assist police against the American people, Mayorkas designating Jan 6th as a “Special Security Event” through Homeland Security, Mayor Bowser of DC requesting security for Jan 6th, and announcement of fencing to be erected Jan 5-21st. While security is always important, Democrats are the party of riots, violence, and destruction.
If they lose, they don’t care about securing anything. They nearly burned down Washington on Trump’s inauguration in 2017, rioted nightly during 2020, called us all Nazi’s and Trump Hitler for years, and shot Trump in the face. But they are ramping up mass security for the Capitol because they are planning to maintain control of the Capitol by winning the House. Trump’s momentum is too big to stop and we are watching the polls stopping the steal for Trump, but we are not doing the same thing for critical House races. And if Trump wins the WH, Republicans win the Senate, but we lose the House, Democrats will build a fortress of resistance in the House.
They will stop everything, they will impeach Trump again, and they will abuse every ounce of power that comes with the House of Representatives. And Democrats see all of us as the enemy. Make sure you VOTE all the way down ballot for Republicans and don’t skip voting just because you are in an unwinnable Democrat state or a solid Republican state and you don’t think your vote matters that much.

Elise Stefanik: FBI ‘Willfully Covering Up’ Iranian Election Interference
The FBI is “willfully covering up” Iranian interference in the 2024 presidential election, House Conference Chair Elise Stefanik (R-NY) warned Monday.

The new bulletin cites the Department of Homeland Security’s definition of an insider threat as someone who ‘will use his or her authorized access, wittingly or unwittingly, to do harm to an entity.’
It was produced by the Colorado Information Analysis Center (CIAC), which compiles intelligence from a string of agencies into threat reports for law enforcement partners.
And it was posted online by Property of the People, a group focused on transparency and national security.
The CIAC bulletin spells out how the vast scale of the electoral process could be the source of problems.
‘Due to the nature of the United States elections process, many people are involved in administering or carrying out responsibilities that support elections, all of whom have a potential to be an insider threat,’ it says.
And it flags warning signs to look for, such as individuals accessing systems that they have no need to access, remotely accessing computer networks at odd times, turning off security cameras and ignoring agency policies on installing software or accessing restricted websites.
‘I think it’s fair to say that insider threats are a greater concern than in previous elections.’

Up to $41 billion in World Bank climate finance —nearly 40 percent of all climate funds disbursed by the Bank over the past seven years— is unaccounted for due to poor record-keeping practices, reveals a new Oxfam report published today ahead of the World Bank and IMF Annual Meetings in Washington D.C.
An Oxfam audit of the World Bank’s 2017-2023 climate finance portfolio found that between $24 billion and $41 billion in climate finance went unaccounted for between the time projects were approved and when they closed.
There is no clear public record showing where this money went or how it was used, which makes any assessment of its impacts impossible. It also remains unclear whether these funds were even spent on climate-related initiatives intended to help low- and middle-income countries protect people from the impacts of the climate crisis and invest in clean energy.

5th Circuit Court of Appeals Rules Mississippi Ballots Must be Received and Counted By Election Day
The appellate judges stated that “Election Day,” as designated by Congress, is the last day ballots can be received by state officials. “Text, precedent, and historical practice confirm this ‘day for the election’ is the day by which ballots must be both cast by voters and received by state officials,” the court wrote, adding that Mississippi’s policy allowing ballots to arrive up to five days later is in conflict with federal law.

While the 5th CCA has jurisdiction over Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas, the decision only impacts Mississippi should the federal district court judge agree to bar the state from counting late-arriving mail-in ballots. Yes, it is a win for Mississippi election integrity, but -no- it is unlikely to have a major impact on the overall election.
The ruling only applies to Mississippi, and the decision simply reverses the previous ruling and remands the issue back to the judge. I hope that helps clear up any confusion

Obama and Biden oversaw billions in student loan forgiveness, review finds
A change in federal regulations for student loan forgiveness under the Obama and Biden administrations resulted in billions of dollars being wiped clean from borrowers’ records, according to a review by the Government Accountability Office.
The Department of Education has forgiven a cumulative total of $17.2 billion in federal student loans as of April 30, 2024, according to the report. A majority of those loans were discharged during the Obama and Biden administrations due to a change in federal regulations stemming from an uptick in applications beginning in 2015.
“When all you’ve got is a hammer, everything looks like a nail,” Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-NC), chairwoman of the House Committee on Education and the Workforce, told the Washington Examiner. For years, Democrat administrations have used illegal interpretations of the borrower defense law and other student loan schemes as tools to give the far left what it wants. Now, we’ve got the numbers to confirm it.”Foxx decried the report’s findings, accusing the two Democratic presidents of engaging in “dramatic government overreach” and “complete disrespect” toward taxpayers.
Republicans have often criticized efforts to forgive student loans, arguing that they increase taxpayer costs and are unfair to those who have already paid off their student loans and would not benefit from those programs. Others have argued that canceling loan debt would exacerbate the nation’s debt and deficit.
However, the Education Department saw a surge of applicants in 2015 after the closure of Corinthian Colleges, the largest for-profit college shutdown in U.S. history that kicked about 16,000 students out of school.
That prompted the Obama administration to implement new regulations as a way to “to clarify and streamline the borrower defense process,” according to the GAO report. The department then stopped processing loan applications “at various times” in 2017 under the Trump administration to conduct reviews of the process or due to litigation.
New federal regulations were established in 2019 that required the borrower to show financial harm, noting that “the act of taking out a Direct Loan does not qualify,” according to the report.

House Republican threatens to subpoena Biden administration over alleged social media censorship
The top Republican on a key House subcommittee threatened to issue a subpoena to the Biden administration Thursday as her panel probes whether the federal government is attempting to limit information being shared on social media platforms ahead of November’s elections.
Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., chair of the House Oversight Subcommittee on Cybersecurity, Information Technology and Government Innovation, is seeking communications between the administration and social media companies, like Facebook-owner Meta.
The subpoena threat, comes after Mace requested that information in September and the administration did not respond. In a letter to the White House, obtained by NBC News, Mace wrote that it is the responsibility of the administration to be transparent about their interactions with social media companies before the election, so voters are aware of what steps the government may be taking to limit the flow of certain types of information.
“The Biden-Harris Administration has advertised its willingness to manipulate the content of social media sites,” Mace wrote, pointing to the administration’s 2021 admission that it worked with social media companies to flag misinformation on their platforms, including related to Covid-19.
“The White House has not apologized for this activity or indicated that it would cease and desist from engaging in such behavior,” Mace continued.

Taiwan president says ‘won’t yield an inch’ in defence of island’s territory
Taiwanese President Lai Ching-te said Friday the island will not cede an inch of its territory, as China maintains military pressure on Taipei to accept its claim of sovereignty.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Thursday announced $135 million in new humanitarian assistance for Palestinians and said American negotiators will meet with Israeli and Qatari counterparts to revive talks on a cease-fire despite uncertainty over Hamas’s participation.

Thousands of North Korean Soldiers Moving to Russia-Ukraine Border
Some 2,000 North Korean soldiers have completed training in Russia and are being sent to its Western regions near the border with Ukraine, Japan’s Kyodo News said on Thursday.
The troops traveling by train are likely bound for the Kursk region, where an advance team of about 10 officers has established a base of operations to receive North Korean ground forces, reported Kyodo, citing Ukrainian military intelligence. Russia has been fighting off a Ukrainian incursion into Kursk, which borders Ukraine‘s Sumy region, since August.
The report suggests a possible first combat deployment for North Korean troops since their arrival in Russia earlier this month. On Wednesday, U.S. officials said at least 3,000 North Korean soldiers had been training in the Russian Far East since early- to mid-October. Neither North Korea‘s embassy in Beijing nor Russia’s Foreign Ministry could be reached for comment after hours.
It was still unclear whether North Korean leader Kim Jong Un would sanction his forces to conduct cross-border operations into Ukraine’s territory, a decision that would mark the first foreign war in North Korea’s history.

Doctor delays federally funded puberty blockers report for political reasons
Dr. Johanna Olson-Kennedy, a leading Los Angeles physician who runs the largest youth gender clinic in the United States, told the New York Times that she and her colleagues have delayed publication of results from a two-year-long study funded by the National Institutes of Health because they worried that the findings would be used by critics of transgender procedures for minors.
“I do not want our work to be weaponized,” Olson-Kennedy told the publication.
The nearly $10 million study followed the development of 95 children from across the country to see if their mental health improved following treatment with puberty blockers.
Olson-Kennedy said that treatment with puberty blockers did not lead to mental health improvements, likely because the children were doing well when the study began.
“They’re in really good shape when they come in, and they’re in really good shape after two years,” she said.
But the unpublished findings contradict preliminary research released by Olson-Kennedy and colleagues in 2022, which found approximately a quarter of adolescents were depressed or suicidal before starting either puberty blockers or cross-sex hormones.
It also contradicts the seminal Dutch study that has become the foundation for most gender clinics worldwide, which concluded that puberty blockers significantly improve the mental well-being of children with gender dysphoria.

STEP ONE: PAYLOAD The most important component of any weapons system is the payload—that is, the material that actually detonates and causes explosive damage. In a psyop, the payload is a generally a narrative; in the case of this psyop, the narrative is that Trump is a fascist, a Hitler-sympathizer, and an outright Nazi.
If your initial reaction here is to laugh at how trite and cliched this is, you’re not wrong; you would think, after eight years of trying to will this fake narrative into existence ex nihilo (“don’t you folks get that he’s literally Hitler?!”), the Democrats and their media allies would eventually have moved on. But there are two reasons why they’ve exhumed this beaten and dead horse, and why they’ve done so just 14 days before the election:
Reason 1: They’re desperate. Kamala is behind in nearly every national poll, and, in particular, she has forfeited a meaningful level of support among Latinos, black men, and Arab-Americans. With white Americans breaking for Trump more heavily than ever before, the Harris campaign can’t afford even the slightest of shifts in voting patterns among swing-state minority demographics.
Reason 2: Unfortunately, the fictitious Nazi claim, on the margins, is effective. Most Americans, burned out on nearly a decade of continuous media hoaxes (from “fine people on both sides” to injecting bleach to the origins of Covid to Hunter Biden’s laptop), will see through it and immediately disregard it. Remember, though, that just a handful of swing states will decide this election; even more specifically, members of the aforementioned minority groups will likely be the fulcrum within those states.
If, by calling Trump a fascist, the Harris campaign and the media can motivate even a small number of these people to get off the fence and support Harris, and if they can also demoralize a small number of would-be Trump voters in the same states to stay home on Election Day, it could make all the difference.
STEP TWO: THE LAUNCH VEHICLE A weapon is no good if it can’t be delivered to its intended target. In the case of this operation, the first stage of the launch vehicle was The New York Times and The Atlantic, which published their stories within hours of each other. Ask yourself, what are the odds that two prominent news outlets, both of which are highly friendly to the Democratic establishment but which are (notionally) independent from one another, would publish two separate articles with the same narrative, within hours of each other on a date exactly two weeks before the election? Exactly.
STEP THREE: CHAIN REACTION The New York Times and The Atlantic offer credibility for the narrative’s nucleus, but what they can’t offer is widespread distribution. Americans get their news from a range of sources that is wider than ever, and—as much as it might offend those who took out $200k in student loans to attend Columbia J-school—most of them don’t turn to the so-called paper of record or to a once-great literary magazine intellectually bankrupted by the widow of the guy who invented the iPhone. Fortunately for the orchestrators of our psyop, though, if there’s one thing the media hates even more than Donald Trump, it’s missing out on all the clicks and impressions from a hot story. Within hours of the two original articles going live (within minutes, in some cases), virtually every other mainstream publication released a derivative article that summarized the salacious claims in the source articles.
By the end of the day yesterday, there were hundreds of such releases, from CNN, NBC/MSNBC/CNBC, ABC, CBS, Newsweek, Axial, Business Insider, the Huffington Post, NPR, and just about any other publication one could name. These derivative articles don’t merely disseminate the narrative’s DNA further; they also serve to reinforce it and provide it (false) legitimacy, creating the unjustified impression that dozens of outlets have looked into this, rather than just two.
When Americans open up Facebook and see countless articles from countless different sources all saying the same thing, they become far more susceptible to the narrative, even if they might otherwise be skeptical. The sheer volume of logos and headlines overwhelms the mind’s natural hesitation to question propaganda. It’s devious, but it works. And the people who engineer missions like this know it.
STEP FOUR: ITERATE AND PERPETUATE Earlier today, Kamala Harris read a statement decrying Trump’s supposed fascism; as I type these words, she’s regurgitating these claims in her televised townhall. Biden also provided a statement about the articles today. In doing this, they essentially rebooted the news cycle for the narrative, providing it fresh life and keeping it front and center in the media. If you’re getting a sense that the media focus comes in waves, it’s because it does (and, like everything else here, it’s deliberate and methodical).
In the first 24 hours, the focus is on the original claims in the two source articles. In the subsequent 48 hours, once the original story starts to go stale, the media focus pivots to the reaction from prominent opponents of Trump, thereby creating another news cycle to reinforce the narrative. Thereafter, the media will launch yet another wave of news, this one focused on interviewing historians (all of whom will, conveniently, summarize the numerous and convenient parallels between Trump and the fascists of old), swing-state voters (all of whom, conveniently, will claim that Trump’s newly unveiled love of Hitler convinced them to get off the fence and support Kamala), and even so-called Trump supporters that have now decided not to vote for him. The goal is to keep the narrative in front of the audience for as long as possible, giving it time and space to metastasize further and continue corroding support for Trump.
STEP FIVE: LAUNCH ANOTHER PAYLOAD We have 13 days until the election. If you think this is the last payload the Harris campaign and the media will launch into the discourse, you have far more faith in their decency than I do. Expect at least two more of these over the next two weeks, one of which—if I can hazard a guess—will center on fictitious claims of sexual misconduct and the second of which will focus on Trump’s business history. Just remember: If it looks like a psyop, walks like a psyop, and quacks like a psyop, it’s probably a psyop. Remain vigilant, keep your spirits high, and, most importantly, VOTE.

World hit by internet blackouts after ANOTHER Boeing failure
A Boeing satellite suffered an ‘anomaly’ that caused it to spontaneously explode in orbit, resulting in worldwide internet and communication blackouts.
In yet another blow to the aerospace company, the nearly 15,000 pound satellite – iS-33e – broke up into more than 50 pieces on Monday.
The orbiter was operated by the international satellite services provider Intelsat, which provides communications services to a variety of customers spanning nearly 150 countries.

Georgia official believes ‘foreign power’ attempted to interfere with battleground state’s election in targeted cyberattack
Foreign hackers attempted to restrict voters in Georgia from requesting absentee ballots for the upcoming presidential election in a targeted cyberattack this month, according to state election officials.
The Georgia Secretary of State’s office said on Wednesday its cyber defenses thwarted the attack after thousands of IP addresses from different countries flooded an election website — that allows voters in the battleground state to request their absentee ballots ahead of the Nov. 5 election — with phony traffic, CNN reported.

New UN Study on “Violence Against Women and Girls” Reveals Female Athletes Have Lost Almost 900 Medals to Trans Opponents
A new study from the UN special rapporteur on violence against women and girls, Reem Alsalem, was recently presented to the UN General Assembly.
The study “Violence against women and girls in sports” shares that more than 600 female athletes have lost to competitors who were born male in a variety of athletic events resulting in female athletes losing almost 900 medals to trans opponents.
The study states, “The Special Rapporteur examines the forms of violence experienced by women and girls in sport, their causes and the perpetrators of this violence, and offers recommendations for better prevention and response to violence against women and girls in sport. The Special Rapporteur received over 100 submissions from relevant stakeholders. She also held expert consultations in which 50 persons participated.”
“The replacement of the female sports category with a mixed-sex category has resulted in an increasing number of female athletes losing opportunities, including medals, when competing against males.”
The study also points out the obvious biological advantages male athletes have that can positively impact their performance in athletic endeavors which Alsalem states can result in the “loss of fair opportunity” for female competitors and increase the risk of physical violence against women and girls.

Argentina’s government has announced it will dissolve its current tax bureau and replace it with a new “simplified” agency, cutting a third of jobs in the process.

California’s Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom signed a bill to hold Big Oil accountable – only it will lead to gas shortages and price hikes.
Big Oil “has been screwing you for decades,” Newsom said.
“Price spikes have cost Californians billions of dollars over the years, and we’re not waiting around for the industry to do the right thing,” Newsom said.
“We’re taking action to prevent these price spikes and save consumers money at the pump,” he said.
The bill passed the California Assembly last week with a 41-16 vote. Many Democrats did not vote and four voted against the radical measure.
The measure will force local refineries to stockpile fuel and if they don’t follow the new regulations they can be fined up to $1 million PER DAY.
The heavy fines will inevitably be passed down to the consumer and cause gas prices to spike.
Refineries announced they are leaving California because of Newsom’s new bill.
Phillips 66 refinery announced they are ceasing operations in Los Angeles because of Newsom’s bill.
Chevron is also moving its headquarters from California to Houston, Texas thanks to Newsom.

The reason is clear: Trump’s visit to McDonald’s was a masterful political maneuver, and everyone knows it.
The former president on Sunday showed up to a McDonald’s restaurant in Feasterville-Trevose, Pennsylvania to start a temporary new job: Fry cook. The visit was a jab at his opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris, who made a dubious claim that she once worked at the fast-food restaurant during her college years.
But it was much more than just a jab at Harris – it was a bit of political posturing that showcased one of his strengths: Coming off as a relatable person.
For starters, choosing Pennsylvania was a good strategic move. The Keystone State is expected to be crucial in the outcome of the upcoming election and both campaigns have been working feverishly to garner support.
Secondly, the whole visit was absolutely hilarious. Video footage circulating on social media shows Trump arriving at McDonald’s where he then takes off his jacket and dons the apron. He’s literally working behind the counter wearing his shirt and tie with a McDonald’s apron.
Moreover, the fact that he is doing this to poke fun at Harris’ dubious claims about working at the restaurant is also funny. Watching him serve up some piping hot fries to customers in the drive-thru is sure to elicit at least a few chuckles from those watching.
Next, there is also the fact that Trump is clearly having a blast while working the fry station.

If Trump overturns the 2024 election, here’s how it could happen.
“No one knows exactly what Trump’s attack on the electoral system will be in 2024,” said Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), a member of the Jan. 6 select committee. “What will he do this time?”
The answer, according to lawmakers, congressional investigators, party operatives, election officials and constitutional law experts, goes something like this:
— He will deepen distrust in the election results by making unsupported or hyperbolic claims of widespread voter fraud and mounting longshot lawsuits challenging enough ballots to flip the outcome in key states.
— He will lean on friendly county and state officials to resist certifying election results — a futile errand that would nevertheless fuel a campaign to put pressure on elected Republican legislators in statehouses and Congress.
— He will call on allies in GOP-controlled swing-state legislatures to appoint “alternate” presidential electors.
— He will rely on congressional Republicans to endorse these alternate electors — or at least reject Democratic electors — when they convene to certify the outcome.
— He will try to ensure Harris is denied 270 votes in the Electoral College, sending the election to the House, where Republicans are likely to have the numbers to choose Trump as the next president.
It’s possible Trump and his allies won’t make a sustained effort to overturn his election defeat. An overwhelming Harris victory would make it harder for Trump to rally Republicans to his side. (If Trump wins, no one expects a comparable effort by Democrats to subvert the election.) But to a person, election observers, elected leaders and some of Trump’s own allies agree on one operating premise: On election night, no matter what the results show, how many votes remain uncounted and how many advisers tell him otherwise, Donald Trump will declare himself the winner.

A record number of businesses are “on the edge of collapse” in Britain as the left-wing Labour Party government in Westminster is reportedly set to impose the largest tax hike in modern history.

Macy’s Accused of ‘Destroying’ Records of Man Alleging Diddy ‘Orally Raped’ Him
Macy’s has been named as a defendant in a recently filed lawsuit accusing the department store of “destroying” records about a man being “orally raped” by disgraced music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs in May 2008.
The lawsuit also accuses the music mogul of orally raping a male employee of Ecko — Combs’ rival clothing company — in a Macy’s located in the Herald Square area of Manhattan, according to a report by Business Insider.
Macy’s covered up the 2008 sexual assault in order to protect a multimillion-dollar deal the retail chain had with Combs’ sportswear company Sean John, the lawsuit alleges.
The plaintiff, named in the lawsuit as “John Doe,” alleges that Combs and three of his armed bodyguards entered a Macy’s stockroom, where one or more of the guards struck him “around the base of the neck” with what he believed was a pistol, causing him to fall to his hands and knees.
From there, Combs, who addressed Doe simply as “Ecko,” demanded that the alleged victim perform oral sex on him while one or more of the music mogul’s armed guards threatened to kill the man, the lawsuit claims.
Combs then “orally” raped the plaintiff for around two minutes, he claims.
After the attack, Combs took armfuls of Sean John merchandise from the stockroom and entered the retail floor, where he “began passing out merchandise to an adoring crowd, as if nothing had happened,” the complaint alleges.
The lawsuit goes on to say that Doe reported the incident to Macy’s security on the same day it transpired, but no one in the company took any action.

On Saturday, The Jerusalem Post reported that two US intelligence documents were leaked to a pro-Iranian operation and then posted on a Telegram account linked to Iran.
The documents that were leaked by the Biden-Harris regime to the pro-Iranian operation detailed Israeli plans for a potential strike plan on Iran.
Both the US Defense Department and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence declined to comment on the leaked documents.
The leak comes at a time when Israel is plotting a retalitory strike against Iran following its October 1 missile attack on the Jewish state.
This was not the first time the Biden regime was accused of leaking Israeli secrets to the Iranian regime.
Last year, in October 2023, House Republicans accused the US. Special Envoy to Iran Robert Malley “may have had a compromising tie to the Iranian regime.”
Robert Malley, a deranged Trump hater, had already been suspended from his position with the Biden regime at the time. The FBI was investigating him, and whether or not he mishandled classified information at the time.

North Korea threatens to declare war
North Korea claimed on Saturday to have found fragments of a crashed South Korean military drone, and threatened to retaliate, intensifying the standoff on the peninsula.
According to Pyongyang’s state-run news agency KCNA, the UAV was likely used to drop leaflets over the capital. Similar drones were spotted scattering leaflets full of “political propaganda and slander” earlier this month, the outlet said.
“If a violation of the DPRK’s territorial ground, air and waters by ROK’s military means is discovered and confirmed again, it will be regarded as a grave military provocation against the sovereignty of the DPRK and a declaration of war and an immediate retaliatory attack will be launched,” KCNA warned, as quoted by Reuters.
