「The hearing ear and the seeing eye,

　The Lord has made them both.」Amen.

　We believe in God who created man, not in a god made by man. The ears to hear and the eyes to see were created by that Creator God. Therefore, we should use them for the Lord. Hear His Word, look up to Him, and pray. When you do this, you will have an inexpressible peace.

God is the Creator, and we human beings are His creatures. There is a stark difference.

　May we be equipped with ears to hear the Word of God today....

『聞く耳と見る目は、

　二つとも【主】が造られた。』

　人が作った神ではなく、人を造った神を私たちは信じるのです。聞く耳も見る目も、その創造主なる神様が造られたのです。だから、主の為に用いるべきなのです。主のみ言葉を聞き、主を見上げつつ祈るのです。そうすると、言いようのない平安がやってくるのです。神様は創造主であり、私たち人間は被造物なのです。そこには、歴残たる差があるのです。

　今日も、み言葉を聞く耳が備えられますように・・・。　

「Diverse weights and diverse measures,

　They are both alike, an abomination to the Lord.」Amen.

　In this period, the standards for weights and measures were not clearly defined, so there were many people who cheated. However, there were a few who measured accurately. The Lord was mindful of such people, for the Lord sees the heart. (Proverbs 11:1) “Dishonest scales are an abomination to the Lord,But a just weight is His delight.”

　May it be pleasing to the Lord today....

『異なる二種類の重り、異なる二種類の升、

　そのどちらも【主】は忌み嫌われる。』

　この時代は、重りや升の規格が明確にされていなかったので、ごまかす者が多数いたようです。でも、正確に計っていた人たちも少数ではありましたが、いたようです。主は、そんな人たちに心を留めていたのです、主は心を見られるのです。（箴言11:1）「欺きの秤は【主】に忌み嫌われ、正しい重りは主に喜ばれる。」

　今日も、主に喜ばれますように・・・。　

「Who can say, "I have made my heart clean,

　I am pure from my sin"?」Amen.

　The Bible affirms that there are no righteous people. Therefore, we are all sinners before God. So how can we be saved from the world of sin? Sinful human beings cannot be cleansed of their sins. Therefore, God has established a plan for the salvation of mankind. He sent Jesus, the sinless Son of God, as a human being into the world. Jesus became the bridge between human beings and God. Through Jesus, sins were forgiven, eternal life was given, and we were allowed to stand before God. Hallelujah!

　May we also today be able to bask in the joy of our salvation....

『だれが、「私は自分の心を清めた。

　私は罪から離れ、きよくなった」

　と言えるだろうか。』

　聖書では、義人はいないと断言しています。だから、神の前ではみんな罪人なのです。では、どうすれば罪の世界から救われることができるのでしょうか。罪ある人間が罪を清めたりすることはできません。そこで、神様は人類救済計画を立てました。罪なき神の子イエス様を、人間としてこの世に、遣わすことでした。イエス様が人間と神様の橋渡しとなったのです。イエス様を通して、罪赦され、永遠の命が与えられ、神様の前に立つことが許されたのです。ハレルヤ！

　今日も、救われた喜びをかみしめることができますように・・・。

「The righteous man walks in his integrity;

　His children are blessed after him.」Amen.

A righteous person does not mean a person who is well-behaved, but a person who is obedient to God. He or she walks with sincerity. They will be delivered from the world of sin, know God's love, and walk in obedience to God, where they will be filled with a sense of security in being in God's presence, a sense of happiness in being sanctified by God, and a sense of mission to be used by God.(Deuteronomy 5:10) “but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.”

　May we walk faithfully before the Lord today....

『正しい人は誠実に歩む。

　彼の子孫はなんと幸いなことか。』

　正しい人とは、品行方正の人という意味ではなく、神に從う人という意味なのです。その人は、誠実に歩むのです。罪の世界から救い出され、神の愛を知り、神に從って歩んでいく、そこには、神の前に出られる安心感、神に聖められた幸福感、神に用いられる使命感で満たされるのです。

(申命記　5:10)「わたしを愛し、わたしの命令を守る者には、恵みを千代にまで施すからである。」

　今日も、主の前で誠実に歩むことができますように・・・。　

『7:9 彼らは互いに言った。「われわれのしていることは正しくない。今日は良い知らせの日なのに、われわれはためらっている。もし明け方まで待っていたら、罰を受けるだろう。さあ、行こう。行って王の家に知らせよう。」7:10 彼らは町に入って門衛を呼び、彼らに告げた。「われわれがアラムの陣営に入ってみると、なんとそこにはだれの姿もなく、人の声もありませんでした。ただ、馬やろばがつながれたままで、天幕もそっくりそのままでした。」7:11 そこで門衛たちは叫んで、門内の王の家に告げた。』

飢饉にあえいでいたサマリヤの町で、ツアラアトに冒された病人四人は考えました。「われわれはどうして死ぬまでここに座っていなければならないのか。7:4 たとえ町に入ろうと言ったところで、町は食糧難だから、われわれはそこで死ななければならない。ここに座っていても死ぬだけだ。さあ今、アラムの陣営に入り込もう。もし彼らがわれわれを生かしておいてくれるなら、われわれは生き延びられる。もし殺すなら、そのときは死ぬまでのことだ。」

そして、彼らは立ち上がって歩き出したのです。そこに神様の祝福が待っていたのです。

お祈りします。

愛する天のお父様み名を崇め感謝します。ツアラアトに冒された病人四人は途中で思いなおしました。「われわれのしていることは正しくない。今日は良い知らせの日なのに、われわれはためらっている。もし明け方まで待っていたら、罰を受けるだろう。さあ、行こう。行って王の家に知らせよう。」「彼らは町に入って門衛を呼び、彼らに告げた。「われわれがアラムの陣営に入ってみると、なんとそこにはだれの姿もなく、人の声もありませんでした。ただ、馬やろばがつながれたままで、天幕もそっくりそのままでした。」そうして、良き知らせが王の家に届いたのです。私たちも目の前の困難の山だけを見るのではなく、天を見上げて、祈りつつ、行動を起こす事ができますようにお導き願います。主イエス・キリストのお名前によって、お祈り致します。

アーメン。

「Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water,

　But a man of understanding will draw it out.」Amen.

There is a saying, "Great wisdom appears as foolishness". It refers to a person who may appear slow and foolish on the surface, but actually possesses deep love and wisdom at the bottom of his/her heart. It takes a long time for the rain that falls on Mt. Fuji to become subterranean water and appear before us. But those who know its existence and know its location can benefit from the subterranean water. (John 7:37-38) "If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink.He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water."　

　May we draw deep water today....
