「If You, Lord, should mark iniquities,O Lord, who could stand?」　Amen.

I have nothing to be complimented by God. I am selfish, self-loathing, self-deceptive, and if God keeps an eye on me, I can't stand. But, God knew that and saved me silently. This is the one-sided God's grace.

May we thank God's grace today as well.

『イエスが死人の中からよみがえって、弟子たちにご自分を現されたのは、これですでに三度目である。21:15 彼らが食事を済ませたとき、イエスはシモン・ペテロに言われた。「ヨハネの子シモン。あなたは、この人たちが愛する以上に、わたしを愛していますか。」ペテロは答えた。「はい、主よ。私があなたを愛していることは、あなたがご存じです。」イエスは彼に言われた。「わたしの子羊を飼いなさい。」』

イエス様は、死んで墓に葬られ、三日目に蘇りました。この事は事実なのです。そして、復活の主に出会った人々は変えられました。力を得る事が出来ました。希望を持つことができました。復活の主は、今も働いておられ、私達と共におられるのです。永遠の命を与える真の救い主であることを証明されたのです。

お祈りします。

愛する天のお父様、み名を崇め感謝します。このイースターの時に、復活の主に出会って弟子たちが変えられたことを示してくださいましてありがとうございます。どんな状況の中にあっても希望がありますから感謝します。すべてを感謝し、主イエス・キリストのお名前によってお祈りします。

「So there they laid Jesus, because of the Jews' Preparation Day, for the tomb was nearby.」　  Amen.

　It was around 3 pm on Friday that Jesus died on the cross. The Sabbath begins at sunset on Friday. "They" were Joseph of Arimathea and Nicodemus. They courteously buried Jesus in a new tomb on the west side of the hill of Golgotha. From the despair of "death", the hope of "revival" will soon come.

　May we find the Lord's Hope today as well.

『その日はユダヤ人の備え日であり、その墓が近かったので、彼らはそこにイエスを納めた。』　（ヨハ19:42）【新改訳2017】

　イエス様が十字架上で死なれたのが、金曜日の午後3時頃でした。金曜日の日没から安息日が始まります。「彼ら」は、アリマタヤのヨセフとニコデモでした。彼らは、イエス様をゴルゴダの丘の西側の新しい墓に手厚く葬ったのです。「死」という絶望から、やがて「復活」という希望が顕れるのです。

　今日も、主の希望を見出すことができますように・・・。

 「And when Jesus had cried out with a loud voice, He said, "Father, 'into Your hands I commit My spirit.' " Having said this, He breathed His last.」 Amen.

　Jesus, wearing the crown of thorns, was taken from Pilate's court to the Calvary Hill, where he was crucified. When Jesus died, there was darkness over all the earth for three hours, and the veil of the temple was torn in two. It also showed that the death of Jesus paved the way to restore our fellowship with God. It was Friday afternoon.

　Remember that the cross of Jesus was for us today as well.

　茨の冠をかぶせられたイエス様は、ピラトの法廷からゴルゴダの丘へ引き立てられ、そこで十字架につけられました。イエス様が息を引き取られた時に、天は三時間にわたって暗黒となり、神殿の幕が真っ二つに裂けました。それは、イエス様の死によって人が神様との交わりを回復する道が開かれたことを示すものでもありました。金曜日の午後の出来事でした。

　今日も、イエス様の十字架が私たちの為であったことを覚えることができますように・・・。

『これらのことを話してから、イエスは弟子たちとともに、キデロンの谷の向こうに出て行かれた。そこには園があり、イエスと弟子たちは中に入られた。』

　木曜日の夕方、伝承ではありますが、マルコの母マリヤの家の二階座敷で最後の晩餐が執り行われました。その夜、八時か九時ごろにケデロンの谷とオリーブ山のふもとの間にあるゲッセマネの園にイエス様は行かれました。そこで、『マタ26:30「わが父よ。わたしが飲まなければこの杯が過ぎ去らないのであれば、あなたのみこころがなりますように」と祈られた。』、まさに、苦悶の祈りでした。

　今日も、ゲッセマネの祈りに思いを巡らすことができますように・・・。

 「When Jesus had spoken these words, He went out with His disciples over the Brook Kidron, where there was a garden, which He and His disciples entered.」　Amen.

　It has been handed down that The Last Supper was held on the second floor of Marco's mother Maria's house on Thursday evening. That night, at about 8 or 9 o'clock Jesus went to the Garden of Gethsemane between the Valley of Kidron and the foot of the Mount of Olives. Then he prayed, Mt 26:39;“O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, as I will, but as You will.”

　May you think about the prayers of Gethsemane today too.

『さて、イエスがベタニアで、ツァラアトに冒された人シモンの家におられたときのことである。食事をしておられると、ある女の人が、純粋で非常に高価なナルド油の入った小さな壺を持って来て、その壺を割り、イエスの頭に注いだ。』　（マル14:3）【新改訳2017】

　水曜日は、ベタニヤにおける一日でした。イエス様は、シモンの家にいました。その時に、マリヤがイエス様の葬りの備えとして、み足に高価な香油を注ぎました。その一方でイスカリオテのユダは大祭司のもとでイエス様を裏切る策を練っていたのです。私たちを救う為の十字架の道が刻々と近づいていたのです。

　今日も、主の十字架に近づくことができますように・・・。
