Being a "Yes Girl!" is also knowing when to say no.  Boundaries can be so hard to uphold when we are stuck in  people pleasing mode.  When we believe that other people's opinions and well being matters more than our own! In lieu of this Monday’s message about triggers, I happened to have a podcast in the que about triggers that I recorded a couple months ago.  I feel like I have grown more from the time I recorded this to the time I am posting. Triggers can be a word that we tend to avoid or run away from, but I invite you to check in and allow them to work for you, not against you. To guide you not detour you.  I simply speak on my experience and how I use to react to them to how I choose to respond. Let’s flip the script of our experiences to work for us. Not to triggers, but to embrace the feelings they invoke so we can understand ourselves optimally.  Which is the whole point of this human experience. Check out this episode! Are you "addicted to chaos"?  This came up for me in therapy this week and my  evolvement around who I used to be.  Some of us go through patterns where we don't even realize what is driving us is the drama or extreme of one emotion to another.  I share with you all my discoveries wrapped around my experience in this. A woman that really lights my soul up and has the intuitive ability to connect you to and reveal your purpose in the most eloquent way, Ilona Pamplona! She calls herself an Astrology Informed Life Coach, but babes let me just tell you she is more than that! A woman true woman of her word and the original Spellings Compassionista who speaks multiple languages and still learning more. She is a woman what I consider a soulful thought leader of our time and I am so honored to have her on the podcast.  Our conversation was an extension to our first live conversation we shared together on the original Yes Girl!
