Growth mindset is a hot buzz word in the education world these days, but what do you do if it makes you feel a little, well, uncomfortable. All that self talk can sometimes seem like a little too much dependence on self and not enough dependence on God and His will. That is why I am chatting today with Ginny Kochis who approaches the idea of growth mindset from a Christian perspective.
