Mr Youash Tower runs a successful real estate agency in Sydney. He told SBS the Royal Bank Commission and the restrictions on foreign investors has contributed to the fall of real estate market. He says some people who have an increase in the value of their unit or apartment, are selling it and buying a house which is more affordable than it was twelve months ago.
