Yoga and biohacking? I'm joined by Shruthi Ramalingam, a holistic wellness & ayurveda enthusiast, to discuss how the limbs of yoga (asana, pranayama, dhyana) can help us take care of our bodies. Specifically to aid in digestion, manage periods or menstruation, calm anxiety and boost our energy. We share many yogic techniques beyond the physical postures such as pranayama (breath work), mudras (seal/gesture), bandha (locks), humming/singing (vibrations) and some ayurvedic concepts to harness the cosmic energy of the elements within our own bodies: physically, mentally and spiritually.
