Welcome to this 'so hum' meditation. "So" meaning 'I am' and "hum" as 'that'. Bring your awareness to the essence of your heart, inhale into the seed of your heart - "so". Exhale into the universe as you bring the awareness into the space in front of your heart. Allow the breath and the body to become your teacher as you take this time to close your eyes, deepen your breath and soothe your amazing body.
