Here I share a simple 4 step process to present your retreat to your audience. I used it last week and got 2 sign ups for my winter retreat which is now sold out. I added another one Jan 28 - 30 2022 which is similar. The method is called The Who what why how video and I learned it from Russell Brunson. Basically you introduce yourself (who) talk about the retreat ( the what) Tell them why its so important ( why) Share how they can take the next step and register ( How) Simple. Easy. Clear. Here I get into something that causes so many hot yoga studios so much pain. Steam humidifiers. I have been working on the 3 that I have - a steamovap at Casa Om Potomac and a Neptronic and Vapac at Siri Om Hot Yoga. They are just a difficult idea because you need a plumber, an electrician, an Hvac contractor and a Handiman to get them worked on. And even with all the trades, someone has to coordinate them. All for 1 simple piece of equipment. Yoga studio owners will appreciate this podcast because its all so common.

There is inherent conflict built into the yoga business that is unique to the yoga business. Your students become your colleagues, your colleagues become your boss, your friends open studios near you and everyone is finding the balance between competition and support. It takes some serious flexibility, insight, compassion, great business sense and diligence to navigate through it with the yogi state of mind. Each time I have shot for the stars, I met interesting people, went new places and learned things far beyond what I would have thought was there.
