This is a full out core strengthening practice including a little bit of everything. We'll work on front core, twisty core, side core, back core, and let it be over I need a breath core. Great way to start a practice, to slot in the middle when you're uninspired, or practice on its own. Will build strength for arm balances, transitions, jumps, and inversions. Enjoy!
