In this week's episode, we honor Surya Bonaly, the black French figure skater who was frequently passed over for the gold at the Olympics and other top ISU competitions, but still managed to make history by flawlessly executing an illegal backflip during the 1998 Winter games, and Madame CJ Walker (Sarah Breelove)who became the first female self-made millionaire by providing hair care products specifically designed for women of color. Episode 24 explores the lives of Marie Hilley, the Black Widow of Alabama, and Afong Moy, who is believed to be the first female Chinese immigrant to the United States. Damn, betches.

Episode 23 is all about Diana Vreeland, the renowned fashion editor who helmed both Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar, effectively shaping fashion in the 20th century, and Sarah Winchester, heiress to the ‘cursed’ Winchester Rifle fortune, who basically built and lived in the most insanely creeptastic and haunted house ever designed.

This week Morgan and Heather discuss Isabella of France, the wife of King Edward II of England (who shamelessly flaunted his male lovers in front of her until he died in prison); she ended the Scottish wars, but was ultimately overthrown by her own son, Edward III, and Suzy Solidor, the Parisian lesbian nightclub owner who was an accomplished recording artist and 'the most painted woman in the world.'

This week, we discuss Jackie Mitchell, one of the first women to play minor league baseball, who had a pitch so lethal she managed to strike out both Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig, and Margaret Sanger, the activist and nurse who helped legalize birth control and founded what eventually became Planned Parenthood.
