Torn a.k.a. Inferno
A good story, but be careful. This was apparently also released under the title "Inferno," which I had originally read as part of a boxed set of volumes 1-3 of the series. I couldn't get "Torn" as an e-book, and ended up ordering a used paperback copy through Amazon (which was offered by a seller in the U.K. Imagine my disappointment when I sat down to read it and after the first paragraph, realized I'd read it before.
Good
Good book if u like books about crimes and slovin them
Gripping thriller.
I really enjoyed this book. The murders had a completely different slant from the usual. I like the way that the authors fleshed out the main characters and their lives. This allowed you to have empathy with them. Descriptions of Dublin were spot on as well. The twist was excellent. I had not suspected that this person was the murderer. A very enjoyable read. I have also read Taboo and look forward to more Riley Steele.
Torn Review
This is the second Casey Hill book I have read and I am liking her characters more with each read. Reilly Steel will be a very popular heroine and I love her analytical mind. This was a particularly good read. Congrats to Casey Hill (pseudonym, I know) for a twisting, turning thriller that also calls for some brain exercise on the reader's part.
Good read.
I enjoyed the book but was disappointed that it wasn't the complete book. I evidently missed that when I selected it for download. I only use the 'freebies' for Kindle or go to local library because of limited income.
