In this week's episode, we are kicking off a new month, which means a new theme.  And with February being the month of LOVE, our theme this month had to be Love Yo'Self.  This also just so happens to be the title of Chapter One in my book, Fear Is My Homeboy.    We need to stop waiting for someone else to save us, or love us, or rescue us, or take care of us.  When you realize the most important relationship you’ll ever be in is the one you have with yourself, you will begin to take control and step into your real Fear Boss Power.     The cold hard truth is this:  It's impossible to be brave and hate yourself.
