Do you strength train? If you don't then you need to start strength training. We need to keep our muscles and bones healthy and strong, especially if we run regularly. In this episode I talk about the 3 single leg strength exercises that you need to include in your weekly schedule and what benefits you get from doing them.

Do each one for 10-15 reps and repeat for 3 sets on each leg with a 30-60 second rest between each set. Start with bodyweight and then work your way upto using weights if you like to use weights, if not start to increase the repetitions you do to 20-25 per set.
