After a month of Covid-19 reflection, I've started to look at my soul experience of joy from a different strategy. Spiritual growth is a process. I'm learning how to find fulfillment in that personal development journey...instead of seeking a finish line.

We often suffer from 'destination anxiety,' the idea that we need to get somewhere in order to be worthy to ourselves and to others. I'm really trying to shift my mindset away from that dark pathway and into a place of light, presence, and mindfulness. We can have happiness now if we choose to.

Easter is upon us and the world is in a state we've never seen it before. There's a lot of energetic purging and release and it's important to stay conscious throughout it all. I've been coping with the reality of what an ascension looks like, protecting myself from the toxic energies of other people, and staying in line with my purpose.

The Coronavirus Pandemic is gripping us right now. As a total collective consciousness we are all fixated on one specific frequency. However, the energy invoking within us is still our choice. So, how do we overcome systemic viral fear and ascend?

A Course In Miracles says that fear is not the opposite of love, but it is the absence of love. Suffering is a choice and if we choose to live in the light of spiritual awareness to our highest Self, we can see all challenges as an opportunity to rise to the next dimension.

COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is impacting us all emotionally. Energetic reporter and spiritual practitioner Nahum Vizakis is here to tap into your healing. But first we learn about his journey into this work. Growing up homeless, and in-and-out of foster care, Nahum went into the military after graduating high school as a "problem kid." It was there that his spirituality found him. The journey has been arduous and full of challenges like PTSD, anxiety and depression, but bodybuilding and holistic wellness brought him back into himself. From there, his life has been dedicated to helping others find their true inner power.
