Being human is hard. And I want everyone to know that even though I want to be there for you to lift you all up, some days I feel like shit because I'm also a human. You all have gotten to know me really well. I try my best to show the real me. Some episodes I feel so confident and uplifted. And other times I feel lost and defeated. And I'm learning that that's okay.

Losing my job was not a part of my plan in 2020. I had very specific goals in mind and God's plan laughed in the face of mine. So what's next?

We've all experienced some form of loss and mourning during this pandemic. 2020 has single-handedly altered all of our lives. Spiritually speaking, it's the Tower Moment to end all others. How can we shift our mindset to abundance and self-growth?

Lately, we've been more than just socially distanced, our humanity has been distanced. How can we overcome the lower vibrational energy we're all feeling? How do we know if we're doing the right thing? What's the right answer?

These are questions I've been asking within myself for quite some time. A year ago, I decided to throw myself into podcasting. Looking back, I'm so glad I did it. I have connected with so many amazing fellow lightworkers. Self-improvement and personal growth is not easy, but so worth it. I just wanted to celebrate with some self-reflection. So many amazing connections and friendships have been built through this show.
