Your mind is designed to keep you safe.
 It scans for risk, overthinks, and looks for what could go wrong.

But your heart?
 That’s where your truth lives.
 That’s where your spark begins.

And here’s the shift—
 what you focus on, you will find.

Just like when you start noticing a certain color car and suddenly it’s everywhere…
 your thoughts work the same way.

If you’re led by the mind, you may start to see limits, fear, and reasons to stay stuck.
 But when you lead with your heart, you begin to notice possibility, alignment, and those quiet nudges guiding you forward.

So today’s sprinkle is simple:
 ✨ Pause
 ✨ Notice your thoughts
 ✨ Ask yourself—where are they coming from?
